Being PDEA certified and awarded as DRUG-CLEARED MUNICIPALITY…and, for institutionalizing Balay Silangan Reformation Center- a temporary refuge to drug offenders and surrenderers with the utmost desire to make them self-sufficient and law-abiding citizens.
