PMNP Special Awardee

CONGRATULATIONS Mayor Bradly Bautista and LGU-Malita!

We are deeply honored and grateful to receive the *PMNP Special Recognition Award for the Pilot Implementation of the Household Convergence Scorecard*, bestowed upon the *Municipality of Malita*. This recognition affirms our unwavering commitment to improving health and nutrition in our community through the Philippine Multisectoral Nutrition Project (PMNP).

This award is not just a recognition of our efforts, but a testament to the positive impact we have made on the health and nutrition of our community. 1 out of 235 municipalities nationwide, Malita accepted the challenge first to implement the PMNP Household Convergence Scorecard, which made the PMNP Harmonized Information System Launch Successful—a testament to the dedication of our team and partners. This award is a milestone reflecting our collective efforts to overcome challenges and make a meaningful impact.

We extend our sincerest gratitude to every individual and organization contributing to this achievement. The *Department of Health (DOH), Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Municipal Social Welfare and Development (MSWD), Municipal Health Office (MHO), Barangay Health Workers (BHWs), Barangay Nutrition Scholars (BNSs), Barangay Local Government Units, and LGU-Malita department heads and employees*. Your hard work, collaboration, and passion have been instrumental in this achievement, and we deeply appreciate your efforts.

This recognition from the PMNP is an acknowledgment of our past efforts and a catalyst for our future initiatives. It inspires us to strive for excellence in advancing nutrition and well-being, especially in the First 1,000 Days of Life. This recognition fuels our resolve to serve our community further, The Malitaños, and to continue making a meaningful impact in the field of health and nutrition.

We also want to acknowledge the support and trust of our community members, the Malitaños, without whom this achievement would not have been possible.

To God Be the Glory!
