LGU Malita HRMO bags PRIME-HRM BRONZE AWARD

The Local Government Unit of Malita was conferred with the PRIME-HRM Bronze Award by the Civil Service Commission on October 13, 2023, at Dagat ni Baste Hotel and Beach Resort, Pantukan, Davao de Oro, after passing the agency’s validation process showing that it has met the indicators set for the implementation of the program’s Level 2 conducted last July 5-7,2023.

PRIME-HRM stands for Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management, which aims to strategically align the operations of government agencies in the performance of their mandates. This program empowers the agencies in conducting human resource management functions aside from setting a venue for the exchange and development of expertise in human resources among government offices.

This is made possible through the strong support of our beloved mayor Hon. Bradly Bautista and FL Madame Jean Seekins Bautista, PD Richard Ortiz for the PRIME assistance, Department Heads, TWGs, All employees, and staff, and thru the effort of the Human Resource Management Officer Sir Ferdinand Amulet T.
