Hats off to the 70 graduates in HEO (Hydraulic Excavator) NC II, and HEO (Bulldozer) NC II under the Training for Work Scholarship Program. HEO (Hydraulic Excavator) NC II under Tulong Trabaho Scholarship Program and Heavy Equipment Operation Skills Training.
