| Description Republic of the Philippines Province of Davao Occidental MUNICIPALITY OF MALITA INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF CATERING SERVICES FOR INCLUSIVE EMERGENCY RESPONSE TRAINING (10 DAYS) 1. The Municipal Government of Malita, through the MDRRMO – Catering Services for Inclusive Emergency Response Training 3 Days ( 70% Disaster Preparedness Fund) intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety-one Thousand Three Hunred Fifty Pesos Only (Php 991,350.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Catering Services for Inclusive Emergency Response Traning (10 Days) / M2505-278. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Municipal Government of Malita, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Ten (10) calendar days from the receipt of approved Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. a. Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the 2016 revised IRR of RA No. 9184. 4. Interested Bidders may obtain further information from Bids and Awards Committee (BAC). Secretariat Municipal Government of Malita and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on May 19, 2025 until June 9, 2025 during office hours, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from the BAC Office, Ground Floor Municipal Building, Malita, Davao Occidental and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of One Thousand Pesos [Php1,000.00] to the Municipal Treasurer of LGU Malita. 6. No pre-bid required. 7. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through at the address below on or before June 10, 2025, 9:30 o-clock in the morning, for online or electronic submission at lgu-, or (iii) both} on or before Late bids shall not be accepted. 8. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 14. Bid opening shall be on June 10, 2025 at 10.00 o-clock in the morning at the given address below. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity. 9. The Municipal Government of Malita reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Sections 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 revised IRR of RA No. 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. 10.
