Malita West District Athletic Meet 2024 Officially Kicks Off Today

The Malita West District Athletic Meet 2024 opened with a dynamic display of unity and school pride as athletes, coaches, and officials gathered for the event at Julian M. Turado Elementary School.

The day began with a colorful parade and a vibrant Marching Saludo by the participants, setting the stage for an exciting and competitive meet.

Among the distinguished guests was Sir Wilson Ruelan, the Municipal Sports Development Officer, who delivered an inspiring message to the athletes.

He emphasized the importance of maintaining a balance between sports and academics, stating, “While you are passionate about sports, your academics must always remain a priority.”
