𝗗𝗦𝗪𝗗 – 𝗔𝗞𝗔𝗣 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁

AKAP or 𝘼𝙮𝙪𝙙𝙖 𝙨𝙖 𝙆𝙖𝙥𝙤𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙞𝙩𝙖 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢 is a social assistance initiative launched by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) in response to the needs of individuals who may not qualify for traditional welfare programs particularly those who are vulnerable but not classified among the poorest.

According to 𝑫𝑺𝑾𝑫 𝑴𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒖𝒎 𝑪𝒊𝒓𝒄𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒓 𝑶𝒓𝒅𝒆𝒓 𝑵𝒐. 4, 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝒐𝒇 2024, AKAP aims to provide support to these individuals, facilitating access to financial aid that can help alleviate their economic challenges. The program was initiated under the leadership of 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐳, highlighting the government’s commitment to inclusivity in social assistance.

As part of this initiative, Malitaño beneficiaries received financial assistance of PHP 5,000 𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉, with 1,000 𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒅𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒔 last August 14, 2024 at New Malita Gym, with the presence of our local chief executive, 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐲 𝐋. 𝐁𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚.
